Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of Navior and its connected workspace services.
Last updated September 1, 2026
1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Navior, a service operated by Recerc Inc. By using Navior for yourself or an organization, you agree to these Terms and represent that you have authority to bind that organization when applicable.
2. The service
Navior provides workspace software for records, integrations, communication, automation, reporting, and AI-assisted workflows. Features may change as the service evolves, and availability may depend on the user's plan, workspace configuration, role, and connected providers.
3. User responsibilities
- Keep account credentials secure and promptly report unauthorized access.
- Connect only accounts and systems that you are authorized to use.
- Review recipients, content, dates, attendees, and other material details before authorizing an email, calendar event, or external action.
- Comply with applicable privacy, communications, employment, consumer, and data-protection laws.
- Do not use Navior to send spam, deceive recipients, violate intellectual-property rights, access data without authorization, or facilitate unlawful activity.
4. Connected Google accounts
When a user connects Google, the user grants Navior the scopes shown on Google's consent screen. Navior uses that access only for the connected features described in the Privacy Policy and actions requested by authorized workspace users or agents. Users can disconnect the account in Navior or revoke access through Google Account settings.
5. Data and intellectual property
Users retain ownership of data they provide to Navior. Navior and its licensors retain ownership of the service, software, interfaces, documentation, and related intellectual property. Users grant Navior the limited rights needed to host and process their data to provide, secure, and support the service.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Integrations depend on third-party systems and may be delayed, interrupted, changed, or revoked by those providers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navior disclaims implied warranties and Recerc Inc.'s aggregate liability will not exceed the fees paid for the service during the previous 12 months.
7. Suspension and termination
A user may stop using Navior or disconnect an integration at any time. Navior may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, or nonpayment. Sections that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.
8. Governing law and availability
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Disputes will be submitted to the ordinary courts of Santiago, Chile, without limiting non-waivable rights that apply to a user. Navior is offered to customers in the Americas and is not offered to residents of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated when required. Questions can be sent to legal@recerc.com.
